Gavin Howlett.

Having successfully sold property for over 20 years, Gavin Howlett has consistently been a standout performer at Acton | Belle Property South West – Dunsborough. He has received many awards and recognition on multiple occasions for his achievements in real estate in the South West region of WA, and, in the past, won many accolades playing WAFL football for East Perth and West Perth on weekends.

Born and bred in nearby Donnybrook, Gavin was a boiler maker by trade, employed by Channel Seven in Perth. After relocating to Dunsborough with his wife and two young children in 1997, Gavin fell in love with the ‘down south’ lifestyle and was soon recruited by Acton South West Director and award-winning real estate agent, Brian Moulton.

Gavin focuses his attention on real estate in the Dunsborough and Yallingup areas including prestigious Eagle Bay, and has excellent knowledge of current property values. He stays up to date with the latest in digital marketing trends and understands the importance of good old-fashioned service and open communication.
