My first interaction with Ryan was such a positive experience. We have been looking for our new home for 5 months and it has been a roller coaster. Ryan was helpful, attentive, open and honest. He got us through our new home prior to the open home, nearly an impossible ask in the current property market. He kept us in the loop during negotiations and was readily available to answer any questions or concerns, even while we were travelling interstate.

We bought the house through Brett so when it came time to sell he was our go to, unfortunately he had to take time off so Ella took over. Within a week of our first open home Ella had negotiated with a buyer for over our asking price. She kept us informed of every process sometimes informing us that our Solicitor was being tardy in returning documentation to us. This information proved invaluable. I felt that Ella was working for us all the time, returning my calls promptly and answering my 'silly' questions, putting my mind at rest. I can't speak highly enough of Ella, Brett and the staff at Belle.
