Nathan Harding.

Nathan, a Sales Executive and our Licensee, has over 16 years of local, Mandurah real estate experience. He has successfully listed and sold a broad range of Mandurah Property, and champions the Mandurah lifestyle, having raised his now adult children in Mandurah. He has a real passion for the ocean and the incredible “Mandurah Coastal lifestyle” on offer.

Professionally, he has a deep understanding of real estate laws, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree, and practiced as a Taxation and Management Accountant, for 10 years.  He was also Director of a leading Mandurah real estate agency for over 10 years.

Nathan has a broad range of interests, that extend beyond real estate practice. He has always supported local initiatives.  He was a voluntary Director and Board Member of the Peel Health Foundation from 2007 to 2009. The Foundation’s objective was to raise in excess of $3,000,000 to fund the construction of Children’s Ward at the Peel Health Campus, due to a lack of Government funding at the time.

He always endeavours to achieve the absolute best outcome for his real estate clients and has negotiated some significant and record sale prices.
