Supported by high performing leadership, sales and property management teams, Michael continues to use his business acumen and passion for real estate to take Belle Property St George from strength to strength.

Encouraged to pursue a career in real estate by his father, Michael entered the industry 45 years ago, first as a sales agent and within months was promoted to sales manager. It didn’t take Michael long to take his career to the next level by opening his own real estate office in Kogarah, which became known as Professionals Montgomery Group, a business that was awarded continuously for its outstanding customer service across sales and property management.

Michael’s intimate knowledge of the local market and its diversity underpins his desire always to be providing the best real estate experience. Wanting to align the business with a more progressive and dynamic brand with the same business values and ethos, Professionals Montgomery Group rebranded to Belle Property in 2019. This move allowed Michael and his team to provide unrivalled service to all their clients across sales and property management.

Now, alongside his daughter, Harriet Kaye, Michael is focused on the property management division of the business.
