With a strong background in Commercial and Industrial property, James has worked for leading brands in the industry in both Perth and the Sydney markets. During this time James worked in the sales and leasing team in the Perth Knight Frank office, being part of significant land releases, sub-divisions, leases and sales.
More recently since moving to Sydney, James has had huge success and impact on the market, being awarded the REI NSW “Young Agent of the Year” in 2015. Significantly, this award took consideration of all agents in all disciplines, including residential, commercial, industrial and rural. James has now set his sights on being the premier agency for Commercial and Industrial property across the Northern Beaches, by maintaining the acute client focus demonstrated across Belle Property.
