Connor O’Neill .

Connor O’Neill is an associate staff and business accountant at the Belle Property Hope Island office. A valued member of the finance team, working directly under the office finance manager.

Previously Connor was a Property Manager, and a Leasing Manager at Belle Property Hope Island before moving to Sydney to undertake a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Sydney. Since then, Connor has transitioned into the joint role of associate staff and business accountant.

As associate staff accountant Connor works with the office Finance manager to organise ledgers, purchase orders, payroll and regular financial statements, among other commercial activities.

In his role as associate business accountant Connor helps to analyse the office’s financial data to build models that help determine business strategy.

Having immigrated from the United Kingdom to Australia Connor originally lived on the Gold Coast, Queensland. While living on the Gold Coast, Connor became an expert in the local real estate markets. He first joined the Belle Property Hope Island office in 2022 as an intern. He was sponsored by the office to undertake a Certificate III in business through Professional Real Estate Training Australia (PRET Au).

Following his graduation from A.B Patterson College Connor became a full-time property manager working under the senior Property Manager, covering all aspects. Connor operated in this role until he moved from the Gold Coast to Sydney to complete a Bachelor of Economics at the world-renowned University of Sydney.

Due to Connor's successful secondment in the property management department, Connor was well placed to be offered the joint position of associate staff and business accountant at the Belle Hope Island Office. This role connects with Connor’s interests in finance and business analytics and further supports our ethos of providing opportunities to our staff and employees.
