Following a two-year stint on the lower Northern Beaches working in sales admin and leasing, Taj Dillon was offered the role of Sales Associate with Belle Property Seaforth’s leading agent and co-principal Matt Brady. Taj initially studied to be a chiropractor after finishing school, but almost as soon as starting in real estate discovered he didn’t want to do anything else. Taj grew up and still lives in Queenscliff, spending as much time as possible outdoors, making him the perfect fit for an industry that keeps you on the go and requires plenty of energy and enthusiasm.

When it comes to local knowledge – and not just the best local surf spots – Taj is well ahead of the game. There’s not much he doesn’t know about the area, its housing market and the lifestyle that Seaforth and the lower Northern Beaches have to offer.

Taj enjoys getting out and communicating with people rather than sitting behind a desk. He loves the whole real estate process, from meeting potential buyers and sellers to being involved with staging properties, pricing and after sales service. He says nothing makes him happier than seeing clients who are happy with what he and Matt’s team have helped them to achieve.

Taj says Seaforth is a great area to be working in, with buyers constantly looking for properties. “It’s never going to be quiet”, he says, and every day there’s something different happening. He has a determined attitude, strong work ethic and can-do attitude that shows he’s “100 percent in” and he has a friendly outgoing personality that immediately puts clients at ease.
