Property Manager Lisa Hester is thrilled to be commencing her real estate career at Belle Property Dee Why and is particularly excited to be specialising in the scenic Northern Beaches suburbs of Newport, Avalon and Palm Beach. She loves working with such a beautiful backdrop and has found these coastal areas to be exceptionally friendly and approachable.

As a Property Manager, Lisa’s role involves maintaining close contact with her clients, conducting ingoing and outgoing condition reports, resolving any maintenance issues and facilitating property inspections. As she undertakes these client-facing duties, Lisa brings a personable, calm and can-do attitude coupled with an unwavering commitment to building a meaningful rapport with her landlords and tenants. A member of the Fair Trading Association, Lisa has also completed her NCAT training, with a special focus on Conflict Resolution.

Relishing the fact that every day at Belle Property is never quite the same, Lisa is delighted to be working within such a dynamic and highly regarded real estate team here on the Beaches.
