Leechelle was born and raised locally, giving her an intimate knowledge of the South West and the Bunbury community in particular. Leechelle has a strong understanding of the needs and aspirations of people buying and selling throughout the port city and its surrounds, with excellent contacts in the region that help bring clients together for happy transactions.

Leechelle has worked in the property sector for more than two decades as a Real Estate Sales Consultant, developing a strong profile and reputation in Eaton, and puts her success down to effective communication and negotiation, helping her to quickly assess situations and offer solutions to help close the deal.     

Drawing from her experience working with a diverse range of people and services, Leechelle prides herself on being honest, approachable and empathetic to people and their needs, most especially when they are engaging in what is often the largest financial transaction of their lives.  

Leechelle understands that buying and selling property for many people is not just a business transaction, but often an emotional one that requires trust, care and the ability to listen closely to what client’s needs and expectations are. Leechelle was delighted to join the team at Acton Belle Property South West in 2025, and is looking forward to bringing her skills and experience into such a well respected agency.
