Managing Director Commercial and National Director Retail for Belle Property Commercial, Michael Hanscomb has established himself at the forefront of Australian real estate. Alongside, Belle Property CEO, Peter Hanscomb, Michael oversees the Belle Property Commercial and Belle Property Project brands.

With a strong background in commercial, retail and industrial real estate, Michael has worked for leading industry companies across Australia for over 11 years. During this time, Michael has led strategic marketing campaigns for over 30 major projects, and has negotiated major brokerage leasing and sales transactions. Michael started his career in commercial property, working at Colliers International in the office leasing and industrial teams in Brisbane.

Michael then spent nine years at CBRE working across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Sydney, and was a Director of their CBD Retail Division Nationally. Michael won numerous awards in his time at CBRE; the five-time recipient of the Number 1 CBRE Retail Agent in Australia award, the three-time recipient of the Million Dollar Club award, two-time recipient of the Circle of Excellence National Winner, CBRE Queensland Rookie of the Year and the Second Top Fee Writer in Queensland.

Prior to joining Belle Property, Michael oversaw the National Retail Leasing Division at Knight Frank, making it the most profitable division within their Australian network. Michael is now setting his sights on expanding Belle Property Commercial and Belle Property Projects throughout Australia.
