In her capacity as a Leasing Consultant with Belle Property Lane Cove, Hunters Hill, Lindfield & Willoughby, Mao Shizuka strives to cultivate meaningful relationships with property owners and renters via transparent communication and genuine care. She’s inspired and energised by environments that combine daily challenges with lots of human interaction and variety –‌ making her the perfect fit for real estate!

Mao’s proficiency shines through in her adept handling of inquiries, lease preparation and open homes, and her meticulous processing of tenancy applications. Her interpersonal skills are just as solid, nurtured across many hospitality and customer-facing jobs over the years –‌ from managing a Japanese restaurant, to teaching Reformer Pilates. Ultimately, understanding her clients’ needs is Mao’s main priority, ensuring smooth and seamless leasing experiences without exception.

Having previously worked in dermatology as a Registered Nurse, she has since completed a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice in preparation for her new path. Choosing the prestigious Belle Property network for her career change was a no-brainer for Mao and she is excited to be working alongside some of the finest professionals in the business.
