Great. He had helped sell a Wollstonecraft property for me earlier in the year. I was extremely pleased that purchase of this new property was effected quickly and without auction. Since properties like this one are scarce was very happy to be told that it would be coming up for sale. Agent has stuck with me throughout extreme difficulty in getting strata approval - ended up doing more repairs though no construction so had to get retrospective bylaw and certain neighbors made this tricky, including me needing to go to Fair Trading. Whole thing took 7-8 months longer than expected

We met Tom when our daughter was buying her property . We felt he was genuine and couteous. As it happened, our property was rented through Belle. Jason Haugh is a first-class property manager (as was Megan Colquhoun). This influenced our decision to have Belle take over the sale. Hence, we did not hesitate to ask Tom if he would take on the sale of our property. Although we did not achieve the sale price we would have liked, we felt Tom gave good advice and worked to achieve the best possible outcome under the circumstances. We were kept well informed throughout the process and the communication channels were always open. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom to others.

There’s not enough superlatives in the dictionary to convey how thrilled I have been with Tom Scarpignato and the Belle team. He is an excellent communicator and I always knew what was happening. I have known Tom Scarpignato for several years, and as a keen observer of local real estate, watched as he consistently achieved record sales prices.
