Buying my first home as a 24-year-old female has been a difficult and long experience but working with Dolan made the entire process so much easier. He was open, honest and approachable from the very beginning and his clear communication & explanations of processes made everything feel far less intimidating. I felt I could trust his advice and that he genuinely had my best interests in mind. After dealing with other real estate agents who either weren't upfront, condescendingly didn't take me seriously or made the process even more stressful than it already was, working with Dolan was a complete breath of fresh air. Tom and Chris, explained the process of selling my property and gave me the options available. They advised me but let me make the decisions. I chose to Auction my house. With advertising and styling, there was lots of interest in the house. Tom and Chris and their team kept me informed of every person who saw the house and how the interest was progressing. Close to the auction date, 2 or 3 parties were keen to put in offers before the auction , and with advice from Tom and Chris, and my input, they pursued these offers. They were keeping me in the loop the whole way to the finish line and an offer was accepted! I am very happy with the result!
