We first met Dylan at an open home many months before we considered selling. We inspected a property that had been beautifully presented and the photography captured that incredibly well. Dylan was so welcoming, gave us the time of day and handled the inspection process so professionally that we told him we would engage him to sell our property should we decide to. Having had such a great experience as a potential buyer, we knew that Dylan and Belle Property were going to be the perfect fit to sell our property. After signing on with Dylan, and starting our campaign, we met Luke, who impressed us from the beginning with his professionalism and confidence. Dylan and Luke are a great team, and we are very happy to have worked with them both. We sold our property during a tricky market, though Dylan was able to exceed our expectations and deliver on a successful campaign. Highly recommend Dylan. Explained the whole process to me of selling which had changed a lot since I last sold a house over 20 years ago. Gave prompt feedback after open houses and viewings. Written report weekly was also useful. Advice of presenting the house was also useful

Once you get past the fact Dylan is a real estate agent acting on the behalf of the vendor, and his sole goal is get get the most amount of money from the purchaser (me), he was extremely professional, polite and was more than happy to answer any of my questions.
