Bev Heyman was excellent. She got the deal done it wasn’t an easy house to sell . We thought the price may be higher but it appears prices have dropped in the area . So under the circumstances it was a good deal . She also made a concession for the agents commission so all in all a fair deal was done . I think Bev is a good agent and we got to know her well . She’s very good at negotiating.

Jane is an amazing agent, she even takes the time to bring her own furniture, soft furnishings and pot plants to add to the rooms for photo shoots. She is a great negotiator and gets the best price for your home. She has sold 6 properties for me. Keeps you updated on how the sales are going.

Andrew went above and beyond our expectations throughout the whole process of selling the house. Having had a disappointing experience with a previous agent we were somewhat reluctant to put the house back on the market so quickly. However, Andrew assuaged our concerns and delivered on everything he promised during our first consultation. His attention to detail at all stages of the process was incredible. He even took the time to declutter and style the house in preparation for the photographs and the initial home open, which was truly appreciated.
