Carina has been my property manager since first leasing with Belle in late 2023. Carina is always prompt with her communication, follows up timely and puts my mind at ease knowing that I'm not just 'another' landlord on a rental roll but genuinely cares about making sure the property is leased to the best tenant, that it is being looked after and the process is seamless. Having previously had an investment property in Brisbane while living in another state, and a much different - more traumatic experience - having Carina is a breath of fresh air! Please look after her, she's a star!
