We had Anthony and Courtney come out to assist my father with the sale of his home. We didn't get multiple appraisals as knowing Anthony personally, along with his results for the area and his market knowledge it was a no brainer. The care and compassion shown regarding the sale of the home was felt by us both and at no point was there any pressure. I knew we were in capable hands. We chose to sell the home "off market" to start to minimise huge disruption and to get a feel for what the market thought prior to going live on Domain and Realestate. This in the end wasn't required. We had two off market property viewings, first one 2 groups and then another viewing with 1 group. This was all that was required, the 3rd party fell in love with the home and offered a price that my father was happy to receive for the property. Courtney then assisted my father in securing his next property, coming to the inspection also even though was with another agent. Courtney is a huge asset to Anthony's team and was a pleasure to deal with. Communication throughout this process was fantastic. Dad was kept fully in the loop. Selling a property off market (technically in secret) requires a lot of time contacting qualified buyers. Dad and myself would not hesitate in recommending Anthony and his team in selling their home. Why did I sell with Belle Property? Because I bought with Belle Property, and from that experience I wanted them to handle my sale. Let me explain. I first tried to buy a home through Belle Property, but missed out. There was an off market competitive bidding process which saw me offer the absolute most I could justify for the property I was looking at. But it wasn't enough. Someone else paid more. Then later, I tried to buy another home through Belle Property, and was this time successful. My bid was high, and well above what I really thought I should be bidding. Belle Property got the most out of me as a purchaser, and they did the best for their client, the vendor. And they did all of this whilst being very professional and operating with integrity. So for me, it was a no brainer. I had seen first-hand how Belle Property gets the best results for their clients, and I wanted to benefit from that too. And I did! Belle Property delivered an excellent result and I couldn't be happier that I chose them to help me with the sale.

I had very high expectations so when it came to finding an agent I wanted the the agency with the best track record in the area and who knew their market very well and had an extensive market of buyers so when the decision came to selling the were 110% proactive from start to finish. Our agent was so easy going but very professional and transparent making our selling campaign as stress free. Team Di Nardo were absolutely brilliant to work with. From day 1through to the sale completion, Anthony, Shae and Jackson were completely professional and provided very clear communication. There were a few hurdles caused by tenants and the property manager (not from Belle Property) but this team worked as a team and provided sound advice. They set up a strategic campaign designed to provide the best chance of selling for top dollar. They were flexible to redesign the campaign around the hurdles and the final result was amazing.
