Was really pleased with Blair and also Nor (who helped with inspecting while Blair was sick) for being super responsive and helpful. This is my first apartment and there were even circumstances where I asked the same question twice and Blair was accommodating and helpful providing answers as well as advice. Otherwise very friendly, which I appreciated. He also provided great recommendations.

Blair Cardile is exceptional. He was proactive, engaged, and fantastic with communication. I've been looking for the past two months and have come across many agents and he was by far the best agent I have ever dealt with. He actively listened and asked the right questions regarding my requirements and what I was looking for. He then took action by summarising a list of all the properties that fit my requirements. this was extremely helpful for me to understand what was out there. He also followed through with all answers to my questions and made the effort to meet my timelines/schedules around inspections.
