Taking its name from the centrepiece Yangebup Lake within the beautiful Beeliar Regional Park, Yangebup is the place to be if you love being at one with nature. Here you’ll find scenic bushwalks, hiking trails and bird-filled wetlands, as well as great fishing in the lake itself. There are also several other parks and reserves including Ronsard Park, Visco Park and Levi Park, which has leafy bushland and a secure dog park. Pereena Roche Reserve has scenic walkways and a small duck lake, plus there is Milgun Reserve and Nicholson Reserve which forms part of Yangebup Primary School's sports oval.

Located just over 20km due south of Perth’s CBD, this well-established suburb is popular among families because of the large-sized blocks, wide range of home styles and convenient positioning that offers easy access to beaches, shopping amenities and the area’s great schools. There are three primary schools, a secondary school and the Montessori Early Learning Centre.
