Moss Vale.
Moss Vale is known for being a down-to-earth, busy place. The main thoroughfare, Argyle Street, has recently undergone a revamp, with many independent shops and eateries upping the town’s shopping and eating credentials. And that's not all, this town is fast becoming a popular destination for foodies from all over New South Wales because of the quality homegrown produce, award-winning restaurants, cellar doors and breweries.
Moss Vale is rich with colonial heritage and architecture and the housing here consists of attractive character cottages, single level family homes plus lovely rural acreages and hobby farms on the fringes of town. Residents enjoy convenient access to a wide range of amenities, including beautiful parks and reserves, and the Moss Vale Arcade, specialty shops, boutiques and art galleries.
The township is located about 1.5 hours’ drive south-west of Sydney via the M5 motorway, or a scenic train ride into its historic station.
