With architectural masterpieces lining the streets, Floreat is highly sought-after for its beautiful properties and proximity to the city and beaches. Joining the ranks of the affluent western suburbs, Floreat is home to many mid-century properties, including the Paganin House, the former home of mid-century architect Iwan Iwanoff.

Situated in the vibrant Town of Cambridge, eight kilometres from Perth, and with a population of almost 8,000, median house prices sit around the $1.7 million mark.
