Located in the northern beaches area of Townsville, in Queensland’s northeast, Bushland Beach is surrounded by a natural beauty that encourages an outdoor lifestyle year-round.

As Townsville’s only master-planned beachside community, Bushland Beach is quiet and laid-back. All the amenities locals need is on hand at Bushland Beach Plaza, located along Mount Low Parkway. But when locals want more, Townsville City, with its world-class facilities and attractions, is only 25-minutes away.

Spacious family homes are on the rise, and they’re all within walking distance to the shores of Halifax Bay – an idyllic setting that overlooks the islands and the Coral Sea. Along the foreshore is a swimming beach with barbeque facilities, playgrounds and a boat ramp, which is the launch site for many seafaring adventures. Add into the mix playing fields and plenty of parklands, and being within easy reach of two World Heritage areas – the Great Barrier Reef and the Wet Tropics World Heritage area – and you will quickly see why this seaside suburb is highly prized.
