Stronger together: ACTON partners with Belle Property.
For more than half a century, ACTON has been at the forefront of Western Australia’s property market, helping people across the state buy, sell and lease properties of every description. In an exciting new chapter for our brand, we are now officially partnered with premium national real estate provider Belle Property.
From 5 September ACTON Coogee will be known as Acton | Belle Property Coogee and adopting Belle Property’s distinctive green branding. Founded in 2000 on an affiliation with leading interiors magazine, Belle, today Belle Property has over 160 offices across Australia, and is renowned for its boutique approach, appreciation of style and design, and dedication to best-in-class service.
Belle Property belongs to the Propvue family of real estate brands, which includes Belle Property Escapes, Belle Property Commercial and Belle Property International, plus residential real estate brand Hockingstuart.
For Head of Propvue and CEO of Acton | Belle Property, Peter Hanscomb, the merger with ACTON’s well-known brand not only represents a ‘meeting of minds’ but also coincides with a strong state market.
“Our brands have a strong values alignment– in that we both pride ourselves on our outstanding property presentation, strategic marketing and high-level negotiation skills, which we see as key to producing unmatched results for our clients.
“Thanks to Western Australia’s affordability, healthy economy, ongoing population growth and housing shortage its property market is currently on a strong trajectory that defies the corrections occurring in other states. We predict demand for WA property will only increase, making this the right time to bring our premium services to the many areas Acton | Belle Property services,” said Peter.
The team at Acton | Belle Property will now be supported by a large corporate team of specialists in finance, administration, marketing and customer service, as well as being able to access to bespoke training via the network’s professional learning and development platform, The Academy.
All told, the partnership offers plenty of upside all round, especially for clients, who according to Travis Coleman, prior ACTON CEO and now Head of WA for Acton | Belle Property, stand to profit from reaching maximum buyers.
“Clients can now reach a multitude of buyers via our network’s database of more than 3 million property seekers, while as members of global real estate portal Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, our listings are now marketed to buyers in 70 countries – a unique advantage exclusive to our network.
“Special media partnerships offer added reach, such as that with lifestyle publisher Sitchu which sees listings appear on its heavily-trafficked site and advertised in its national fortnightly Sitchu Living magazine.
“Through this new partnership our two brands really are stronger together, and we look forward to continuing to deliver unmatched property services to our valued WA clients, thanks to the increased buyer reach, brand recognition and extensive corporate support Acton | Belle Property now enjoys,” said Travis.
