Principal of Belle Property Sherwood, Nikala O’Brien, brings over ten years of real estate experience to her role where she leads a team of sales experts under the prominent Belle Property brand.

Nikala specializes in property sales in Brisbane’s Centenary suburbs including houses for sale in Seventeen Mile Rocks, Jindalee, Middle Park, Mount Ommaney, Westlake and Sinnamon Park.

Before establishing the Belle Property Sherwood office, Nikala worked for Belle Property Graceville as a sales consultant. Her passion for real estate in Brisbane and love of working with the Belle Property network were catalysts in her decision to franchise a new Belle Property agency.

Nikala’s talent for real estate sales in Centenary suburbs and its surrounds comes from her intimate knowledge of living within the area for nearly 20 years. Her innate love for matching the right buyer with the right seller, and her high degree of customer service satisfaction have also attributed to her ranking as one of the Top 10 Belle Property Real Estate Agents in Queensland for three consecutive years.

Along with her customer service skills, Nikala attributes her unique sales abilities to her high levels of attention to detail.
