As our receptionist, she is the first contact clients have when calling the West End headquarters and has a natural ability to put people at ease when handling enquiries and delivering first-class customer service with great attention to detail.

Her excellent communication skills are complemented by an ability and willingness to learn from the team and adapt easily to the demands of the real estate business. Known for her organisation and efficiency, she has primarily worked in hospitality and prides herself on being proactive, going above and beyond to help all staff and clients to the best of her ability.
