What an amazing agent! From first meeting I knew I would have a good outcome with both my purchase and sale (same agent). Jonathan has been nothing but supportive, communicative in every way and went out of his way to ensure we had a successful unconditional on our house, and within our time frame. Our experience with Belle Estate agents was a very pleasant experience. The agent arrived early for our open house and was very affectionate with any questions we had as well as being a wealth of knowledge about the area. We definitely would not have any hesitation in recommending Belle Estate agents to anyone as they go above and beyond the make you feel comfortable with your decision.

Our Routine inspection has been delayed until next MOnday 3 March due to illness from the Property Manager. I have no issues with this. What I do have an issue with and unfortunately this survey is bad timing for Kelly as I rang the office today to complain about the work that is being done on the roof at 113 Landsborough Avenue and whether we could get an update as to how long it's going to go on as the drilling is very loud and interfering greatly with our 'quiet enjoyment of the property'. We also work from home and the noise is unbearable at times. I spoke to Kelly briefly today (Monday 24 Feb) with an attitude that was shocking - her exact words were "I don't know who is on your roof and what do you want me to do about it' with a tone that was rude. I understand that they may not be able to assist but there is a way to deal with people in a polite and supportive way. Unfortunatley with this attitude I have given Kelly 1 star. I hope that her attitude can improve and that she can display some emotional intelligence with dealing with tenants, or the public in general. Kind regards Jo Worthy
