We can't praise Vanessa Bekins enough for what she did with our house sale. She is firstly a lovely person and then professional, knowledgeable, pro-active, direct, fearless, ambitious, tactical, enthusiastic, positive and fun! She understood our needs from day 1 and directed the sales campaign around achieving what we needed. She recognised the work we had put into preparing our property and then gained excellent value for us in return for our efforts. Her assistants Paige and Grace were also lovely and very helpful in getting this deal done. Vanessa and her team are a formidable force in this area and I wouldn't want to be competing against them! Vanessa has actually made the process of selling our home enjoyable, which is crazy to say but in this case true. We can now move on to our new life, with better finances and less stress - thank you so much!

Naomi has been very friendly and accommodating with my requests. So too the team in the office when I have called. I am not sure of the cause of issues with the PropertyMe app in trying to access, view, read and respond to the Entry Condition report. I have also just left a house where the report was 110 pages long, with a very large number of photos. Due to my experience there, I will take more photos, as only 6 photos were provided.

Connor was astute, professional and optimistic. Buying my first home as a 24-year-old female has been a difficult and long experience but working with Dolan made the entire process so much easier. He was open, honest and approachable from the very beginning and his clear communication & explanations of processes made everything feel far less intimidating.
