With over 17 years of experience in real estate, Henry Capel has built a distinguished career spanning multiple facets of the industry, including property management, sales, auctioneering, and business ownership. Having lived in the Southern Highlands since 2017 and worked as a selling principal for 3 years in the area, Henry has a deep understanding of the local real estate market. He was recognised as Rate My Agent’s Agent of the Year 2024 for Mittagong & Bowral and is also one of the youngest-selling principals in the Southern Highlands, a testament to his drive and expertise. The award-winning, existing principal of Belle Property Southern Highlands, Debbie Pearce, is a long-time local and, like Henry, has an intimate understanding of the property market in the region.
