New Belle Property office for changing face of Newport QLD.

Belle Property is broadening its reach across Queensland’s Moreton Bay region with the recent opening of Belle Property Newport led by Principal Clinton Viertel and Sales Director Dianne Clarke.

Clinton is also Principal of the long-running Belle Property Redcliffe office, where Dianne has worked as an agent for three years, and the duo are now firmly established real estate heavyweights in a rapidly gentrifying area.

“With Dianne specialising in Newport while I focus on Scarborough/Redcliffe”, notes Clinton, “it made perfect sense to open a new office in Stockland’s Newport Marketplace. We have exclusive rights to operate as the only real estate agency in the centre, and have taken a long lease. We’re confident about this region and the opportunities it presents for our brand moving forwards.”

The Redcliffe Peninsula, long seen as a weekend holiday destination for many Brisbanites, now attracts mature families and retirees, many of whom are downsizing from acreage to waterfront homes in locations such as Stockland’s Newport Lake gated community and other canal-side lifestyle properties. Remarks Clinton, “We see this northern area transforming and maturing as a property market.”

In its four years of operation, Belle Property Redcliffe has won the prestigious Agency of the Year award, and Dianne has won the top honour on Rate My Agent two years in a row. Comments Dianne, “Because we genuinely want the best outcome for our clients, we take time to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions. To help vendors achieve the highest price it’s often about opening their eyes to new opportunities, and for buyers, I’m continually educating them on the market. This approach results ongoing strong relationships and repeat business - such as with the client who listed a fourth property with us after we’d sold three properties for them prior.”

Clinton remarks, “The real estate market might have changed, but we see it as more of a normal market in which we can negotiate with buyers again. We’re still achieving sales records.”

With over 100 agents on the Redcliffe Peninsula, it can be hard to stand out.
