David Holmes joins Belle Property.

Belle Property is excited to announce the appointment of David Holmes as the Queensland Head of State. With a rich property sales and auctioneering background, David brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this pivotal role.  

Prior to his appointment, David served as the chief Auctioneer for LJ Hooker and later established Holmes Auctions, an esteemed independent auctioneering business operating across Southeast Queensland, Northern New South Wales, and the Australian Capital Territory.

David's accolades include being named the REIQ Auctioneer of the Year in 2021 and 2023. Additionally, he is recognised as a respected industry coach, having worked with prominent figures to enhance their skill sets, strategies, and business acumen.
