Cathie Crampton announced as Head of Property Management Growth and Performance.
Australia’s leading lifestyle real estate provider, Belle Property is excited to welcome Cathie Crampton back to Belle Property and to announce her new appointment as Head of Property Management Growth and Performance. With over 20 years of experience in Property Management at Belle and other real estate providers and a successful keynote speaker, Cathie brings a wealth of knowledge to the company.
Having already been part of the Belle Property team, Cathie served as Head of Network Property Management between 2015 - 2017. She then moved to the role of Head of Network Property Management - Global at Harcourts International, before taking an equity holding in Place Estate Agents as a Partner and Director of Property Management.
A highly motivated individual, Cathie’s extensive national experience as a thought leader, business owner and industry coach will ensure she is well-placed to develop and grow the network’s Property Management landscape. As a successful keynote speaker and commentator, her coaching services have established a reputation for a proven track record of increasing Property Management revenue.
Commenting on the appointment, Belle Property CEO, Peter Hanscomb said: “We’re thrilled that Cathie has returned to lead the growth of our Property Management arm. We have seen many challenges over the COVID period in addition to an anti-investment sentiment, resulting in a lack of rent-roll growth. Cathie herself shares Peter’s excitement, stating: “I’m so excited to be part of the Belle Property team again. Cathie’s appointment will provide franchises and their teams with an opportunity to formally incorporate her coaching services, thereby further investing in their businesses and accelerating the growth and performance of their property management assets.
