Belle Property recruits leading independent agency in Port Macquarie

Sue Jogever, Principal of the well-known Port Macquarie independent agency, Coast Front Realty has announced she is expanding her business to Belle Property.

Sue was inducted into the Port Macquarie Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame in 2017 after winning the real estate business award category for four consecutive years under her former brand. She said the decision to join Belle Property was driven by her growth ambitions.

“We’re looking to grow our residential sales team and capture more out of area buyers coming into Port Macquarie as well as expand into property management in the future. In order to do that we have aligned with a boutique brand that has strong support systems and a presence across the capital city markets.

“Having started my career in the Sydney market, I have always respected Belle Property. It’s my goal to build my team with the values of communication, relationships and integrity at the centre of what we do and I believe Belle is the brand that will ensure this outcome.”

For Belle Property CEO, Peter Hanscomb, the opening of  Belle Property Port Macquarie has brought together two businesses with shared goals.

“Sue is genuinely an agent with a heart. The extent of her involvement in the local community and her commitment to people is rare in our industry. We are thrilled to have her join the Belle Property family,” he said.

Sue purchased Coast Front realty four years ago and took it from being a little-known brand to one of the most well-known agencies in the Port Macquarie region.

“I’ve built my business around delivering a premium experience for my clients. I can say with absolute certainty that a client of mine is a client for life  - it doesn’t end with the sold sign going up. Being smaller allows us to care more.

“Under Belle Property we can keep our people-focused boutique business, take advantage of a greater support network and recruit the right people,” Sue explained.

With the new Charles Sturt University campus opening and large infrastructure works going on, Sue said there is a big buyer pool coming from the major, less affordable cities who are seeking a sea-change in Port Macquarie.

“In order to better service these buyers who are coming from out of town, we have to extend our reach to the capital city markets  - that's where the strength of the Belle Property brand will really benefit us.

A true community-minded agent, Sue’s involvement with local causes includes being a member of Rotary Sunrise for the last five years and a founding member of Luminosity Youth Summit.  She’s also been the host of fundraising events to support local families going through financial hardship and, most recently, a sleep out to support Orange Sky Laundry which raised $10,000.

Belle Property Port Macquarie officially opened on 14 September.
