Belle Property has been awarded the No. 1 place in Canstar Blue’s annual Real Estate Agents – Renters and Landlords Customer Satisfaction ratings.
Belle Property was the only real estate brand in the 2024/ 2025 survey to receive 5 stars in every category: overall satisfaction, agent communication, problem resolution, agent knowledge and advice, and contract handling.

According to Canstar Blue’s results, Belle Property outperformed the rest of the market average across all variables.
