Belle Property appoints Tandi Gill as Head of People.

Belle Property has just announced a new addition to its executive leadership team, with the appointment of Tandi Gill as Head of People.

Tandi leads all aspects of training, coaching and recruitment for the national real estate group, with responsibility for devising programs to attract talent and further engage and develop the brand's growing network.

CEO of Belle Property, Peter Hanscomb, commented on the appointment, "Tandi's robust business and real estate experience, as well as advanced people management and coaching skills, will add great value to our network."

Tandi joins Belle Property with 15 years of experience working with RE/MAX. Having started out in property management, where she quickly succeeded in growing the rent roll by 150%, Tandi then spent nine years as Principal of the group’s Wynnum and Manly offices in Queensland, where she led a high-performing team (#1 Australian sales team and # 19 internationally) and co-developed a new project marketing division.
