Belle Property and Hockingstuart Awards Victoria's high achievers at virtual awards night

Held virtually for the first time, the Belle Property and Hockingstuart network came together to celebrate the exceptional talent and achievements of all its people across Victoria; from residential sales to property management and all the staff who support them. 

Andrew James from Belle Property Armadale took home Victoria's No. 1 Sales Director in Transactions and GCI, while Damien Spiteri from Hockingstuart Melton won Victoria's Sales Agent of the Year and No. of Listings Sold. At the same time, Nathan Skewes from Belle Property Daylesford took home Victoria's Sales Agent of the Year (GCI). 

Belle Property St Kilda was named Victoria's Franchise of the Year, Customer Experience Sales Agency of the Year and their very own Andrew Nasr took home Victoria's Sales Rookie of the Year. Belle Property Dromana took out Victoria's Highest Performing Sales Office in GCI and Transactions, as well as Victoria's Customer Experience Property Management Agency of the Year and The Community Award.  

"There is an incredible amount of talent across our Victorian teams, and they have really stepped up to the plate this past year despite all the challenges that have been thrown their way," said Peter Hanscomb, CEO of Belle Property and Hockingstuart.  

The shining stars in Property Management are Belle Property Melbourne, who took out four awards, including Julian Jardine, who was awarded the Victorian Customer Experience Property Manager of the Year.  

"Victoria's ability to adapt and grow in metro and regional areas has been impressive. Across both our sales and property management teams, we have watched our more experienced agents continue to achieve great success and our young talent really shine. And we're very excited about what's to come," said Peter.
