Head of Propvue and CEO of Acton | Belle Property, Peter Hanscomb, said the merger with ACTON’s well-known brand represents a ‘meeting of minds’ and coincides with a strong state market.
“Our brands have a strong values alignment– in that we both pride ourselves on our outstanding property presentation, strategic marketing and high-level negotiation skills, which we see as key to producing unmatched results for our clients.
“Thanks to Western Australia’s affordability, healthy economy, ongoing population growth and housing shortage, its property market is currently on a strong trajectory that defies the corrections occurring in other states. We predict demand for WA property will only increase, making this the right time to bring our premium services to the many areas Acton | Belle Property services,” said Peter.
Head of WA, Travis Coleman, said it was a milestone moment for the group’s 21 offices in Western Australia and the culmination of many months of hard work.
“This is a proud moment for our group and marks the beginning of an exciting shift in WA real estate. Belle Property is well known as the leading premium boutique brand along the east coast and we are thrilled to join forces.” Said Travis.
