Nick had a cunning market plan from the get go and that with a reasonable commission rate plus his personable and communicative nature sealed the deal for us. In addition Nick had many trade contacts which helped greatly in repairing aspects of our property before sale and with staging it for open houses. This made the process of selling much easier.
