With more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Linda Gutsell brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to excellence in her role as Property Manager at Belle Property Manly.

As a licensed real estate agent for 11 years, Linda has specialised in property management throughout her career. She spent ten of those years with a boutique agency in the Redlands area, where she developed a deep understanding of the local market and built long-lasting relationships with property owners, tenants, and tradespeople alike.

Originally from New Zealand, Linda was drawn to the lifestyle and community of Wellington Point and the wider Redlands region. She raised her family there, renovating one home and building another – experiences that gave her hands-on insight into residential properties’ structure and building process.

Over the past five years, Linda has worked with a property developer and builder on the Gold Coast. This role expanded her skillset and gave her a broader perspective on the property industry, reaffirming her appreciation for the Redlands area and her desire to return.

Known for her direct, no-nonsense approach, Linda is also personable, fair, and dedicated. She takes the time to get to know each property under her care and ensures it is managed to the highest standard. Her focus is always on securing quality tenants and protecting her clients’ investments with integrity and care.
