In her role as Head of Customer Experience (CX), Lisa Vuong Bienstock brings together her extensive skills in research and analysis with her knowledge of customer service strategies to create a consistent and premium approach to the experience of Belle Property clients.
Working closely with CEO, Peter Hanscomb, Lisa is passionate about guiding sales and property management teams in achieving a higher level of customer experience. Deeply engaged with the Belle Property network, Lisa promotes an integrated CX approach in supporting every facet of a real estate business and its interactions with past, present and future clients, including implementing superior infrastructure and technology.
Championing Belle Property Australasia’s customer experience philosophy, Lisa is focused on understanding the needs and nuances in real estate, identifying trends and new processes to continually enhance the customer-centric culture across the Belle Property group, and exceeding customer expectations at every touch point in their real estate journey.
Lisa has an extensive background in managing numerous customer experience initiatives for one of Australia’s most established real estate franchises before joining Belle Property in 2018. Her expertise in executive conferencing and events further strengthens Lisa’s ability to create strategies that deliver superior experiences for the customer.
