Selling my Fathers beach side property which he has owned since the 1960's was an emotional decision for our family. Finding the right agent who was caring and compassionate and willing to get a sale in a tough market was key. Loretta was attentive to the stories in which the property held and utilised these details in compiling the best marketing I have read. Loretta would continually provide feedback often on her days off, apparently agents never really stop and we witnessed this first hand. Her ability to negotiate a sale price significantly above her competitors appraisals is testament to her knowledge and care for her clients. Could not recommend Loretta Butler highly enough.
