Overall a good experience from the initial meeting through to Auction day and successful sale with a good result. The support, advice and guidance provided by Daniel and Luke great and their empathy and understanding of the emotions a seller goes through was commendable. Only 2 aspects of the sale process that we weren't completely comfortable or happy with were 1) the price guide being much lower than the what we would ever accept and below what the eventual sale price was - I appreciate the strategy behind it however I feel a large proportion of prospective buyers were never in the game so it was a waste of their time and also didn't give a real picture of actual genuine prospective buyers. There is also the possibility that potential buyers with a bigger budget may have overlooked our property thinking at the price guide it wouldn't be up to the standard they're looking forward 2) The Auctioneer - very disappointing. Felt like he just wanted to get this thing over and done with as quick as possible and get the hell out of their. Auction process extremely rushed and the Auctioneer did not even have the courtesy to either pop in to say hello before auction, or congratulations afterwards - 30 seconds is all it would have taken and he couldn't be bothered

Daniel was fantastic throughout the selling process, even from the initial discussions prior to engaging him for the sale and through to marketing and selling of the property. Very clear communication and expectations throughout and exceeded our expectations on the day of auction.

We mainly interacted with Dan at the opens as our purchase was completed using PMC buyers agents. However in saying that all interactions we had with Dan were great, very helpful and informative. Not pushy with a very calm happy demeanour. I would have no hesitation is recommending Dan to friends and family if they were to sell in the future.

I couldn’t recommend Daniel highly enough! From our initial meeting he made us feel comfortable with his approachable and open communication. He assisted us with months of preparation before we even put our home on the market and kept us informed throughout the whole process and gave us honest feedback after every inspection. He had a clear strategy in place from day one and with his assistance the whole process went seamlessly. His knowledge of the market and the area was second to none and treated our home as if it was his own. You can't find a better agent to sell your home!
