Elliot has made this process very smooth and comfortable for us , for a decision which is as big as selling your first family home . Him and his team including Sarah and Byron whom we also dealt with many times literally held our hand through all stages of this including well before we even decided to formally sell and was still more then willing to provide answers to our many many questions (not even sure if we would sell ). The key however is through his transparent approach there was and is a real level of trust we had during the entire process . Everything said was delivered upon and never a pushy sales approach.
