Great. He had helped sell a Wollstonecraft property for me earlier in the year. I was extremely pleased that purchase of this new property was effected quickly and without auction. Since properties like this one are scarce was very happy to be told that it would be coming up for sale. Since I will be renting out the townhouse I currently occupy, I will certainly use Belle Properties as agents for this.

Agent has stuck with me throughout extreme difficulty in getting strata approval - ended up doing more repairs though no construction so had to get retrospective bylaw and certain neighbors made this tricky, including me needing to go to Fair Trading. Whole thing took 7-8 months longer than expected
