Luisa Sargent has been with Belle Property Cornubia since 2020 and in the Real Estate industry since 2017. Luisa started her career in a Reception-based role, then progressed to Contracts, Marketing and Accounts, with moderate experience in Commercial Real Estate. She is known for her diverse background in Real Estate, understanding the basic fundamentals which has ultimately helped her gain solid, lifelong property knowledge. At the beginning of 2022, Luisa joined award-winning Real Estate Agent, Melinda Lee-Ball’s executive team as Executive Assistant/Sales Associate. She has now taken on the role of Co-Agent working closely alongside Melinda selling in the South-East region.

Before joining the real estate industry, Luisa worked as a customer service representative at Priceline Pharmacy, providing her with a deep recognition and appreciation for the importance of nurturing relationships and providing a high level of genuine care and understanding to her clients. Luisa prides herself in taking the stress out of selling or buying by valuing that each property journey is different and ensuring that each of her clients receive the best possible result while feeling at ease and understood throughout what can be a very stressful time.
