We are now accepting applications from ambitious candidates who are looking to accelerate a career in Real Estate working within the Principal’s personal sales team. With a proven history of training and nurturing sales associates to be stand alone agents, this is a rare opportunity to join a high performing team whilst earning generous commissions.

Within the first 12 months the role will focus on:

• • Creating and nurturing client relationships, on the phone and face to face.
  • Database management.
  • Handling phone and email enquiry from buyers.
  • Assisting with open homes and open for inspections as required.
  • Prospecting the local area.
  • Attending regular skill and systems training.
  • Access to Belle Property Academy resources and trainers.
  The successful candidate will have:
  • Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
  • Must have a driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Be a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Be a relationship builder who can take initiative.
  • Possess a strong work ethic, self-belief, confidence and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Salary includes phone and car allowance + generous commission incentives.
