This is an incredible opportunity to join the regions finest boutique Real Estate brand. Working within the Sales Department and part of a team of three admin specialists, the role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and is fully supported by Belle's processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to sales department
- On-boarding of new property listings
- Prepare digital proposals
- Complete settlement process
- Maintain client database
Experience & Skills:
- Min 2 years experience in a similar real estate or legal admin role
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management skills, ability to work to deadlines
- Experience with Agent box, proposal point and realhub an advantage
