Property Management - Property Manager

We are expanding our team and seeking a positive, proactive, and experienced Property Manager to join our close-knit Property Management team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with extensive Property Management experience. We are looking for candidates who are eager for a long-term, stable, and inspiring career. Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage and maintain approximately 100 - 120 properties
- Conduct periodic inspections (ingoing/outgoing/routines)
- Manage repairs and maintenance
- Oversee rental increases and lease renewals
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
- Market and lease vacant properties, including advertising, conducting viewings and finalising tenancy agreements
- Conducting open home inspections on Saturday
- Prepare for and attend NCAT hearings

The successful candidate will have:

- Proven experience as a Property Manager with a minimum of 4 years, ideally within the residential leasing and Property Management industry
- Certificate of Registration and Licence
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Proficiency in Property Tree, Inspection Manager, Agent Box, RP data
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
