About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Junior Property Manager to join our close-knit team that treats each other like family.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain strong communication with tenants, strata managers and tradesmen
- Conduct routine, in-going and out-going inspections
- Manage repairs, maintenance
- Participate in team training and development
- Conduct open home inspections
- Process new tenant applications and manage tenant selection
- Prepare and advertise properties online
- Handle rental enquiries
Skills and Experience:
MUST reside in and hold full working rights in Australia.
- Ideally 1- 2 years of experience
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is required
- Must have your own vehicle and current Driver’s Licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great organisation skills
- Possess a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Property Tree knowledge will be advantageous
