Key Attributes & Responsibilities 

  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • A broad understanding of the day-to-day running of a n office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning and management skills, and attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a customer facing role (reception, retail or office)
  • Corporate presentation & attire
  • Being the welcoming face and key contact for our clients 
  • Ensuring everyone has a positive experience with us 
  • Certificate IV (preferred)
  • Tech savvy
  • Enjoy building rapport with clients
