To be considered you MUST have previous real estate sales experience and
speak Mandarin.

Responsibilities include:

• Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
• Excellence in customer service orientation
• Someone who thrives in a buzzing, challenging and outcome
focussed environment
• Someone who can work independently but also thrives in a team
based environment
• Someone with the ability to handle all administrative aspects of the
role, including, generating leasing documentation, vacating
documentation, condition reports etc.
• Someone who is committed to solving the more complex aspects of
the role with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Someone with a motor vehicle and open license
• Someone with a Real Estate Certificate

The successful candidate will have:

• Possess exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work pro-actively and independently
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong work ethic, confidence and a positive can-do attitude
• Previous Real Estate Sales experience essential
• Must have current agent rep or full license.
• Must be able to speak Mandarin.
